Nice, carefully restored farmhouse situated in the green and quite country side in the south/east of Lucca. The famous art towns of Tuscany are easily to reach, the same as the known beaches of Viareggio.

The area close to the house is an ideal spot for taking long walks or excursions by bike and mountain bike. Numerous restaurants invites to taste the typical lucchesian food. Wide enclosed external space with lawn, chairs, deck chairs, table, sun shade for the exclusive use of clients, lighted pool with underwater multicolor lighting (mt 9,60 x 4,80 deep cm 120, open 01.05 – 30.09), outdoor masonry barbecue and wood fired oven.

1st floor: double bedroom, two twin beds that can be joined together, bathroom with tub jacuzzi.
2nd floor (mansard): living room with double divan bed and normal divan with door to balcony with superb view, bedroom with bed large 120 cm, bathroom with shower. Excellent furnishings.

For winter holidays, methane heating and wood fireplace.
